Rain Phillips, Owner and Innkeeper restored elite New York and New England historic estates and homes for over 25 years. Her dream was to create her own property to be a Retreat Center and Resting Inn that would combine her design expertise with her conscious living sensitivities, to provide guests with exceptional options for relaxation and restoration for themselves. She wanted a place people could come and enjoy the finest of amenities and nature at their fingertips. Four years ago she found the country manor and property she had dreamed of in Carver, Massachusetts and never looked back.

She has lovingly created a masterpiece. The Larches Inn offers a complete array of beauty, energy, spirit, health, comfort and joy in any season. Rain has gathered a top notch dedicated staff who provide and enhance the Inn with freshest organic food, flowers, aromatherapy, massage, meditation, art, music, gleaming wide board floors, sunny decks, thick towels and warm hearths.
